Meet Our Staff

Steve has been at Rusnak Porsche for over 6 years. He entered the car business in 1989 starting at Toyota then later moving onto Lexus. He also tried his hand at real estate. Steve is a big outdoor guy who enjoys extreme sports including snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding and BMX. For his outdoor needs he would prefer the Cayenne S, but his favorite Porsche is the Panamera S.

Jason has been dedicated to the Rusnak franchise since 1998, starting out as a Sales Professional with Audi/Porsche when the two stores were combined. He became a Finance Manager in 2001 and then a Sales Manager in 2002 solely with Porsche when the stores divorced. In 2005, he reunited with Audi as Sales Manager. Things have come full circle and Jason is once again part of our Porsche team. Aside from less stress, he’s coming back to what he loves – mingling with customers who share his passion for the Porsche brand. On his day-off, you will find Jason cheering on his favorite NFL team, the 49ers. If he could own only one Porsche, Jason would choose the air-cooled 993 Cabriolet with a traditional manual transmission.

David has been with the Rusnak family since 2009 and started his Porsche career in 2001. Prior to that, he was in the IT field, possessing zero knowledge of the car business. A friend referred him into the industry via Porsche and the relationship developed instantly from there. In his spare time, David loves sports. He played soccer during his younger days and counts Manchester United as his favorite team. The New Orleans Saints and the Los Angeles Lakers are the other two professional teams that he follows. David’s Porsche of choice is the Boxster S.

Simon was born in Hong Kong and raised in Los Angeles. In 2015, Simon was introduced to the automotive industry by a friend and ever since then, it brings him much joy to be able to provide customers with an easy and hassle-free buying experience. Cars have always been his passion. Simon started with the Volkswagen brand. And now working for  his dream brand Porsche, Simon is ecstatic to provide the ultimate Porsche purchasing experience. Outside of work, Simon likes to travel, cook, and spend time with his family and friends.

Matthew was in the restaurant business for 22 years. He sold his business and got into Mortgage Lending in 2018 and after that joined the Rusnak Audi team in November 2022. Once a position in Porsche sales became available, he transferred to Rusnak Porsche Pasadena in January of 2024.

Paul has had a long career in the automotive industry. Beginning at Lexus then Audi and now Porsche, the Rusnak Auto Group has benefited from his expertise and Leadership to get things done. In his spare time Paul enjoys Golf and is a devout fan of classical music.

His favorite Porsche is 718 Cayman for its pure speed and elegance.

Technology is as essential as the oil in a motor, Jorge joined the Rusnak franchise in 2022. As a Porsche Pro you can trust his ability to explain the technology in your vehicle his attention to detail comes from a background in sales, finance and technology.

A life-long resident of a Pasadena, he is a Member of the Tournament of Roses and ardently supports his community. He’s also a huge fan of all Los Angeles Sports Teams, Rams, Lakers and Dodgers. His favorite Porsche is the Panamera GTS due to its technology, size and racing heritage.
