Meet Our Staff

Steve has been at Rusnak Porsche for over 6 years. He entered the car business in 1989 starting at Toyota then later moving onto Lexus. He also tried his hand at real estate. Steve is a big outdoor guy who enjoys extreme sports including snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding and BMX. For his outdoor needs he would prefer the Cayenne S, but his favorite Porsche is the Panamera S.

Steven Pachorek has been working at Rusnak Porsche for a little over a year, but his car knowledge spans throughout his lifetime. He grew up racing Porsche’s with his uncle and brothers and learning the ins and outs of the way they drive. He is excited to share his love of Porsche with his clients and finding them their ideal vehicle.

From the first day I started in the automotive industry, I knew wanted to work for Porsche. I am a simple person that loves traveling to unknown places in the West Indies as much as staying home and playing video games. I find passion in a lot of things in life like photography, fashion, theatre arts, music, and of course Porsche. Representing Porsche and delivering childhood dreams to my clients is what drives me forward each and every day.

Kenneth started in the automotive business in 2019 with Volkswagen and at the end of 2020 joined Rusnak/Pasadena Porsche. He enjoys building relationships with his clients and wants to make sure they are satisfied with his service. His hobbies include playing basketball, cooking and spending time with his family. Kenneth’s favorite Porsche is the Cayenne Coupe Turbo GT.

Languages: Speaks Farsi & Asyrian

David has been with the Rusnak family since 2009 and started his Porsche career in 2001. Prior to that, he was in the IT field, possessing zero knowledge of the car business. A friend referred him into the industry via Porsche and the relationship developed instantly from there. In his spare time, David loves sports. He played soccer during his younger days and counts Manchester United as his favorite team. The New Orleans Saints and the Los Angeles Lakers are the other two professional teams that he follows. David’s Porsche of choice is the Boxster S.

Alex has been with Porsche since 2013. He has over 20 years of experience in luxury automotive. Alex always likes to assist clients with their choice of sport Porsche. Away from work, he enjoys to travel and spend time with his family.

Simon was born in Hong Kong and raised in Los Angeles. In 2015, Simon was introduced to the automotive industry by a friend and ever since then, it brings him much joy to be able to provide customers with an easy and hassle-free buying experience. Cars have always been his passion. Simon started with the Volkswagen brand. And now working for  his dream brand Porsche, Simon is ecstatic to provide the ultimate Porsche purchasing experience. Outside of work, Simon likes to travel, cook, and spend time with his family and friends.

Technology is as essential as the oil in a motor, Jorge joined the Rusnak franchise in 2022. As a Porsche Pro you can trust his ability to explain the technology in your vehicle his attention to detail comes from a background in sales, finance and technology.

A life-long resident of a Pasadena, he is a Member of the Tournament of Roses and ardently supports his community. He’s also a huge fan of all Los Angeles Sports Teams, Rams, Lakers and Dodgers. His favorite Porsche is the Panamera GTS due to its technology, size and racing heritage.

Vrezh startedhis car career in 2007 working with Lexus Santa Monica. He moved to Armenia for a few of years and then came back in 2014 to continue his career working with Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin at O’Gara Coach.  He has been working with Rusnak Bentley, Maserati, Rolls-Royce, Alfa Romeo, and Karma since 2016 and is thrilled to add Porsche to his automotive expertise as of 2021. Vrezh is fluent in English, Armenian, and  has limited working proficiency in Russian.

Sam’s journey with Rusnak Porsche began in 1998, when he purchased his very first Porsche.  He has been working with Porsche since 2005 and feels that the best parts of his job are representing the Porsche Brand, meeting fantastic people that entrust him with the purchase of their dream car, and being part of their journey of ownership; of course a 4 minute walk to work is a pretty good perk too.  His favorite Porsche is a Carrera GTS Cabriolet, and he says that driving one feels like having your personal portable amusement park.

Matthew was in the restaurant business for 22 years. He sold his business and got into Mortgage Lending in 2018 and after that joined the Rusnak Audi team in November 2022. Once a position in Porsche sales became available, he transferred to Rusnak Porsche Pasadena in January of 2024.

With over 15 years selling Porsches in Los Angeles, Elvis is a consummate professional. He is a resident expert on all things Porsche, always attentive to your pre and post purchase needs. Elvis delivers the ultimate Porsche experience.

Claudia Guillen, was born and raised here in Pasadena Ca.

She has worked in administration, telecommunication and is experienced in sales.

She is driven by continuously learning and improving and takes pride in being professional and providing the best customer service.

As the Inventory Specialist here at Rusnak her goal is to grow within the company.

Mel prides herself in providing exceptional customer service within the Rusnak Pasadena Porsche Service Department. She has been with the Rusnak Auto Group since 2022. Originating from El Monte California, she will be attending Mt.Sac in the fall to further her career in nursing. She is a coffee aficionado and loves spending her Saturdays finding new coffee shops around LA.

Stephanie H. Willis is a native of Los Angeles, CA. She has worked in Customer Service for over 25 years. Stephanie prides herself with sharing her empathy and sympathy for all people she comes in contact with. She is a former employee of Porsche Experience Center, Los Angeles. Her 3 ½ years of experience as a Customer Experience Coordinator led her to Rusnak Porsche Pasadena.  Stephanie believes that serving people is a gift. She shares her gift of serving in every aspect possible.
